Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty

  • Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personalised items, or normal wear and tear

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
